چکیده
Abstract In this paper, the constitutive equation parameters (Johnson–Cook parameters) of 33MnCrB5 material were determined with help tensile tests. Initially, Johnson–Cook (JC) model was used for performing simulations sample finite element analysis ANSYS software. For these operations, first at a certain temperature (24 °C) and low strain rates (10 −1 , 10 −2 −3 s ) quasi-static tests performed. Then, high performed rate values temperatures 300 °C, 600 900 respectively. Finally, JC belonging to test materials found in accordance results obtained from last stage, simulation software yield stress, maximum elongation compared experimental results. As result, deviation are calculated as 5.04% 5.57% 5.68% elongation, while temperature, stress is 9.42%, 11.49% value 7.63%. The accuracy verified comparison made data.

The Strain Dependence of Post-Deformation Softening during the Hot Deformation of 304H Stainless Steel
Experiments were carried out in which the dependence of the fractional softening on temperature, time and strain rate was determined in a 304H stainless steel. Three prestrain ranges were identified pertaining to three different post-deformation softening behaviors: 1) prestraining to below the DRX critical strain: strongly strain dependent softening by SRX alone with softening kinetics control...
متن کاملHot Deformation Behavior of 17-7 PH Stainless Steel
To investigate the hot deformation behavior of 17-7 PH stainless steel, hot compression tests were carried out at the temperatures of 950, 1050 and 1150 oC and strain rates of 0.001 s-1 to 0.1 s-1. Accordingly, the hot working behavior was studied by the analyses of flow stress curves, work hardening rate versus stress curves, exponent- type constitutive equations and deformed microstructures. ...
متن کاملHot Deformation Behavior and a Two-Stage Constitutive Model of 20Mn5 Solid Steel Ingot during Hot Compression
20Mn5 steel is widely used in the manufacture of heavy hydro-generator shaft forging due to its strength, toughness, and wear resistance. However, the hot deformation and recrystallization behaviors of 20Mn5 steel compressed under a high temperature were not studied. For this article, hot compression experiments under temperatures of 850-1200 °C and strain rates of 0.01 s-1-1 s-1 were conducted...
متن کاملEffect of Changing Strain Rate on Flow Stress during Hot Deformation of Type 316L Stainless Steel
In industrial rolling, changes in strain rate and temperature occur with strain during passes, and between one pass and the next. Plane strain compression testing has been used with ramped changes in strain rate during deformation, and with changes in strain rate between two deformations to study their effects on flow stress. No systematic deviations from a mechanical equation of state were fou...
متن کاملEVALUATING HOT DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF W360 TOOL STEEL BY HOT COMPRESSION TEST
In this research, the hot deformation behavior of W360 tool steel was investigated using hot compression test at 1000-1200°C and strain rates of 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, and 1 s-1. According to the results, dynamic recrystallization was found the most important restoration factor of this alloy during hot deformation. Recrystallization was enhanced with an increase in temperature and strain rate. Also,...
